Maggie (below) is an example of an image Transformation project. The original photograph was a digital image in good condition, but as you can see it was a little flat and little more than a nice snap shot.
We cropped it to get rid of the background distractions, filled in a little of the remaining background with the sofa pattern, applied a digital effect to highlight the texture of Maggie's fur, and colored balanced the result. The image is a popular, framed piece at Vista Galleries in Dunedin, Florida where you can see many other examples of our work.
Here is an example of basic service. The client wanted the date and a couple of background elements removed. Then we got rid of the blue color cast and warmed up the image. The final result was reproduced on 6x8 easel back tiles as gifts.
The challenge below was simple. The client liked the photo of himself and his wife, but did not like all the distractions surrounding them. He liked the view from their ocean front condo. Could we extract them from the street scene and put them on the patio? In theory, yes, but the lighting was wrong so we had to flip the couple. That caused problems with the logo on his hat and the writing on the shirt, so that had to go...
